Yarn Dyeing:
Yarn dyeing is slightly different from woven or knit dyeing. Yarns are dyed in package form or hank form by yarn dyeing process. Dyeing process can be varying depending on the individual procedure of a textile engineer or a dyeing master. In yarn dyeing section different forms of yarn dyeing / methods of yarn dyeing are done. Common forms are the package form and the hanks form.

Generally, cotton yarns are mostly dyed at package form, and acrylic or wool yarn are dyed at hank form. In the continuous filament industry, polyester or polyamide yarns are always dyed at package form, while viscose rayon yarns are partly dyed at hank form because of technology. Dyed yarns are used for making stripe knit or woven fabrics or solid dyed yarn fabric or in sweater manufacturing. Yarn dyeing section starts from soft winding to packaging.   5. Temperature
  6. Machine Capacity
  7. Dye & Chemical Quality
  8. Chemical concentration
  9. Dye category or Dye type

  12. Yarn composition (i.e. fiber used to make the yarn)

Production Parameter of Hydro Extractor:

Production Parameter for Packaging Unit:

  1. No. of cones per unit package.
  2. Weight of total package.
  3. Labeling.
  4. Other buyer requirements of packaging.
